1. General
All products are handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, and shape are natural and part of their charm. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Purchasing Handmade Ceramics
Orders: All sales are final. Items are subject to availability, and prices may change without notice. Pre-Orders: Pre-order items require 4–6 weeks for production. Full payment is required, and cancellations are not allowed. Shipping: We are not responsible for courier delays or customs fees. Tracking details will be provided where possible. Returns: Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days with photos if this occurs. Care: Follow care instructions provided to maintain your ceramic pieces.
3. Ceramics Classes
Booking: Full payment is required to secure your spot. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined below. Attendance: Arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Finished Pieces: Pieces will be ready for pickup in 2–4 weeks. Uncollected pieces after 30 days may be discarded. Cancellations: Notify us 48 hours in advance to reschedule or receive class credit. No refunds or reschedules for late cancellations. Safety: Follow all safety instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund. Photography: We may take photos during classes for promotional purposes. Let us know if you prefer not to be included.
4. Liability
We are not responsible for injuries, personal belongings, or damages caused by misuse of products or tools.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content belong to The Moon The Sea and may not be used without permission.
